A native GNU Mach + GNU Hurd system on physical Raspberry Pi 4 is now a genuinely networked, headless computer—reachable through interactive SSH.

From physical shell to network node.
DG-M3 established a native physical GNU Mach + GNU Hurd shell. DG-M4 connects that system through BCM2711 wired Ethernet, ARP, Mach eth0, Hurd pfinet IPv4 networking, DNS, and TCP.
Public-key SSH provides reusable interactive Hurd PTY sessions with repeated cd commands, prompt changes, and continued PTY operation across commands. Real fork and process creation produced child and parent output with exit status 0.
No Mach panic, assertion, or fatal-fault signatures were present in the accepted evidence. All established QEMU and integration gates passed.

Project Dwarf Goats uses frontier AI privately as an engineering force multiplier to develop, test, diagnose, and evolve GNU Mach and GNU Hurd. The resulting operating system does not require a cloud AI service or live AI runtime to function.
The long-term direction remains a highly evolved, headless-first GNU Mach/Hurd system where the CLI is the primary operating environment.
